That’s really too bad. I am sure there are many good people though, who have a sincere love for, and belief in Jesus Christ although there are some who lead astray, not all, I am sure do this.

Um, ok, checked the second link. Are you sure that’s the Miracle Channel??

Actually, both links were meant to be http://www.themiraclechannelreview.ca

That is where you will find a very telling ctitique of the Miracle Channel, it’s programming, and agenda for enlarging man’s kingdom at the expense of God’s Kingdom.

Mary, of course there are many who have a sincere love for, and belief in Jesus. Also, of course not all would lead one astray. However, if we are talking about the Miracle Channel, as I believe we were, the message broadcast from that facility does not, by any means, edify the body of Christ!

    Sorry for the confusion!

    Sincerely,

    John

Thanks. I don’t watch the Miracle channel (sometimes breiefly however) and so I can’t say from personal experience what type of people they are. Some of the TV Evangelists I see there I am not too impressed with as they seem more focussed on making lots of money rather than on the welfare of the people they claim to be helping, or to be sharing with. They seem to want the fame and money first and foremost. But then, who knows, maybe I am wrong.

“Woe to them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, have run greedily in the error of Balaam for profit, and perished in the rebellion of Korah. These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots; raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.” (Jude 1:11–13).

    And your point, John?

My point is a Biblical one. I assumed it was quite clear. Probably needlessly pointed out though.

Quoting material without including commentary on such material never clarifies a point. If nothing else, it ambiguates it.

It is a Biblical Scripture referring to the fate that awaits those who practice along the same lines as the Miracle Channel. To wit: Televangelists

    Hows that? Commentary enuff?

John W. Wickstrom sure comes accross as a diluted, self-absorbed, inconciderate, narrow-minded nincompoop with nothing better to do than read his balderdash over, and over..wallowing in his unwarranted pride.
