The Vitamin Myth

  1. It’s not clear whether the studies tested synthetic or natural. For instance , most ‘vitamin C’ sold is really man-made Ascorbic Acid (nasty stuff).

  2. We used to always say “Take Vitamins! They give you the most expensive pee in town!”

    nevertheless, I took the prenatal ones faithfully.
