Perhaps we do have similar experiences. Similar but perhaps to a lesser degree. Lehi didn’t say this happened to him everyday either. I don’t think we can expect to have incredible experiences everyday because that would eliminate the living by faith aspect of our earthly test. We certainly find Gods greatness and mercy in the scriptures.
