Say hello to Aoibheann
That?˘‚Ǩ‚Ѣs pronounced Eve-een to the non-Irish out there.
Aoibheann Bree Holly Siever was born 03:38 today in Lethbridge, Alberta. She weighed 3 kg (6 lbs 10 oz) and was 48 cm (19 in) long.
Sin?ɬ©ad, Regan, and Aisling are happy to have another sister. Aisling is particularly excited and keeps trying to bring items to the baby (stuffed animals, blankets, toys, etc).
We’re all tired and looking forward to a hopefully good night?˘‚Ǩ‚Ѣs sleep tonight.

Great news.

Congratulations! Great name, we named our girl Cenneidigh (Older Gaelic spelling of Kennedy) and we were going to name girl number two Siobhan – but when we hit five kids with four of them boys, we gave up. I think your little girl is going to take longer than ours did to spell it though:-)

No doubt. She has the longest name of all four children. I wanted Siobhan, but Mary thought it was too close to SinĂ©ad’s name.
Thanks for the congrats.

Two of our boys have similar names when shouted (Gunnar and Qatar) that they complained when young. So I started calling them Butthead and stinky and they got over it pretty quickly after that, but Mary does have a good point. I also wanted a boy named Seamus and Finnegan, but she who must be obeyed shot them down.
But now I get to say I have my four boys and my girl called Cenny (Kenny).
