(Apologies if this has already been mentioned)

?Ǭ†After President Hinckley finished with the sustaining of the officers
?Ǭ†of the church during the Saturday morning session, Elder Eyring had
?Ǭ†moved into his new seat on the stand. Unfortunately, they didn’t show
?Ǭ†this on TV, but when President Hinckley turned around, he stood there
?Ǭ†for a moment looking at Elder Eyring (probably with the little twinkle
?Ǭ†in his eye), then picked up his cane and “knighted” him on his
?Ǭ†shoulder and head. Truly one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen
?Ǭ†him do.

?Ǭ†Here’s the picture from it. I love how Elder Erying looks just like a
?Ǭ†little boy….

Spam Joke https://www.ourthoughts.ca/2007/02/10/spam-joke/ https://www.ourthoughts.ca/2007/02/10/spam-joke/#comments Sat, 10 Feb 2007 22:54:00 +0000 https://www.ourthoughts.ca/2007/02/10/spam-joke/ Lately, some of the spam I have been getting has included jokes. I don’t know if the spammers include them because they think it increases the likelihood of readers to keep/approve it. Some of them have been humorous, but I just couldn’t help but share the following one that came in today.

A man and a woman ?¢‚Ǩ‚Äù who have never met before but are both married to other people ?¢‚Ǩ‚Äù found themselves assigned to the same sleeping room on a transcontinental train. Though initially embarrassed and uneasy over sharing a room, they were both very tired and fell asleep quickly: he in the upper bunk and she in the lower.

At 1:00 a.m., the man leaned over and gently woke the woman saying, ?¢‚Ǩ?ìMa?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢am, I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢m sorry to bother you, but would you be willing to reach into the closet to get me a second blanket? I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢m awfully cold.?¢‚Ǩ¬ù

?¢‚Ǩ?ìI have a better idea,?¢‚Ǩ¬ù she replied. ?¢‚Ǩ?ìJust for tonight, let?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s pretend that we?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢re married.?¢‚Ǩ¬ù

?¢‚Ǩ?ìWow! That?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s a great idea,?¢‚Ǩ¬ù he exclaimed.

?¢‚Ǩ?ìGood,?¢‚Ǩ¬ù she replied. ?¢‚Ǩ?ìGet your own blanket!?¢‚Ǩ¬ù

After a moment of silence, he farted.
